Returns Policy

Items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition they were received in. This applies to all items with the exception of personalised items.

To return or exchange your item please email returns@foxlovesphoenix.com stating your name, delivery address and reason for return.

You will then be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers must pay the return shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@foxlovesphoenix.com.

Please note that original postage is non refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised items are not eligible for a refund. A personalised item is any item which includes any customised text such as names, dates or custom slogans.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email a photo of any faulty or damaged items to returns@foxlovesphoenix.com.
